Please just return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in it's original packaging for a refund. We would ask for the item to be returned by recorded delivery or if it is under £30 in value please get proof of posting. We will not refund returned items lost in the post that have no proof of posting. Please note, we do not refund P&P costs. For damaged or faulty goods we will either send a replacement product or a full refund will be given to you. We may require you to return the faulty product first.
