 Double Eliminator Series, 'Elvis' Beats HazellPlayers from as far a field as Manchester and Goole took on some of Doncasters best pool players including pro 8 ball players Martin Hazell and Gav Preskey and 9 Ball pro tour players Steve Brown and Martin Hutchinson in the first 'Double Eliminator Series' event held at Riley's in Doncaster. Doncasters Gav 'Elvis' Preskey (left) won the event coming from the losers side to defeat Martin Hazell twice in the final, Gav lost his first round match against Lee Smith 11 - 8 but came through the losers side with wins over Manchesters Paul Langin 11 - 5, Manchesters Harold Harrera 7 - 2, The 'Glove' Jason Ramshaw 7 - 4, Manchester Steve Higton 7 - 2 and Doncasters 'Simply the Best' Steve Brown 7 - 5 for the path to the final.
